Nusa Paradise Adventure Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change unexpectedly, and we strive to be as flexible as possible in accommodating our clients’ needs. However, cancellations do impact our business, and as such, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior the scheduled departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total trip cost.
  2. Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior the scheduled departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total trip cost.

✅ Fishing techniques must be in accordance with the standards that have been determined by the guide / crew of the ship.
It is forbidden to throw garbage into the sea or damage the marine environment.

    ✅ If the trip is cancelled due to bad weather or unaccomnomite sea conditions, the customer has the right to choose: Reschedule at no extra cost or 100% refund
  3. If the customer is late for more than 30 minutes, the trip will keep running without additional time compensation.
  4. If the customer is absent without notice (no-show), there is no refund.
